CPS (Customer Paging System) is a product which can reduce the amount of customer anxiety while waiting for a table and reduce the stress amongst guests for table priority.

How the system works:

The system is a made up of a Transmitter, coasters (normally around 15 depending on wait times) and a charger base. When a table is requested a name and details are taken and a coaster is given to the guest. The coaster has a unique ID which is simply recorded along with the guests details. When the guests table is ready, the host/hostess simply types the ID into the transmitter and the guest's pager either vibrates, beeps and/or flashes. The coaster is handed in and the guest is escorted to their table. The coaster is then ready for the next guest.

Possible Uses:

Hospitals, schools, warehouses, banks, government offices, sports center, cafe or whatever business you are in, they share the need to communicate, and there is no quicker or more efficient way for total communications than on-site paging.
